{RECIPE} Homemade Guilt Free Ice-cream

I have been looking for a yummy ice-cream recipe for a while now, (for anyone that knows me well, you will know that I have a serious weakness for Ice-cream), so while searching, I came across this brilliant idea of making ice-cream with only two ingredients. Yes, only two ingredients.

What you will need: 

-3 Bananas (this depends on how much you want to make)

-1 (or 2) Table spoon of Nutella (you  may substitute this with anything else like vanilla or peanut butter)

Method:

-Cut the bananas into slices and place it in a dish. Pop it into the freezer for about 2 hours.

-Once it is frozen, put it into a bowl and blend the bananas.  It will be a bit crumbly at first, but blend it until smooth.  This might take a while with a stick blender like the one I used, so I suggest you put it into a blender or food processor.

– Once you have blended the bananas to the right consistency, add a tablespoon of Nutella (or whatever else it is you would like to add) and mix well. I chose to not mix the Nutella in properly to make a choc chip effect.

Place it back in the freezer for a bit, and once properly frozen (about 1/2 hour) dig in and enjoy a yummy, healthier, guilt free ice-cream treat. And best of all, it doesn’t melt down the side of the ice-cream cone! Yay for the kids!
